The organizing committee reserved rooms in Grace Hotel located in Gwacheon for international and domestic participants. Each room has one double bed and one single bed. The hotel is about 20 minutes away by car from the conference site. Transportation will be provided for international participants if needed (See below).

Room rate is 87,120 Korean Won per night (this discount rate is subject to change). The reservations are only for the conference days, but extensions can be made. Contact the organizing committee for a room reservation by sending email to So-young Park at syngprk@snu.ac.kr. Requests for room reservations will be accepted until the end of September.

Transportations

Shuttle service is arranged for the evening of 20th, the morning and the evening of the 21st, and the morning of the 22nd from the hotel to Hoam convention center.

From the Inchon airport to the hotel, you can take a bus or a cab depending on your arrival time.

1) Bus information

From the Inchon airport you can take the bus to Jukjeon at gate number 7A. The bus is serviced from 8:20 am to 9:20 pm at one-hour interval. The bus costs you about 7,000 Won and takes about one and a half hour on average. You can get off the bus at Kwacheon Government Complex according to the announcement. After you get off the bus, you will see a road. Cross the road and turn left when you get to the other side. Walk 2 blocks down and you will see the Grace Hotel on the right side. The Grace Hotel is located next to Kyobo Bldg.

2) Taxi

Taxi is an alternative transportation. The regular taxi will cost about 35,000 Won (approximately $ 32.00). If you show the road map or the address to the driver, he/she will take you to the hotel. The road map will be faxed to you if you email and ask it of syngpark@snu.ac.kr.
